Thank you for all the well wishes from everyone last week, it was soo appreciated!!
We were one of the lucky ones and didn't even lose power, although the internet and emails have been playng up. We only got the Very edge of Cyclone Yasi and only had a bit of wind and rain! Unlike those from Townsville to Cairns. Cardwell, Tully and Mission Beach and surrounding communities were virtually flattened.
The devastation this country has seen already this year has been heartbreaking!
I hope all you Ladies over in Perth are out of the line of Fire with the bush fires happening over there at the moment, I have just heard on the news that 60 homes have been burnt down! Take care everyone over there! Stay Safe!!
Also to all the regions in Australia that has suffered severe flooding this year from Queensland to Tasmania, my thoughts are with you! Most recently added to that list being Melbourne!
I know that overseas has been battling snow storms too!! Thinking of you guys over there too!The main thing is to stay safe everyone! Thinking of you all!
Mother Nature is definitely not happy! What else is she going to throw at us!
I have finally had a chance to play again and have been working with the New Release Dusty Attic Chipboard
Exquisite: Finally scrapped one of Leonii'e Formal Photo's. I have used a Resist stamping technique
layout on this you can see the Tutorial and what stamps and inks were used in the Dusty Attic Forum HERE .
I have used the New Release Dusty Attic Foliage-DA0506, Snowflakes-DA0501 and the Ornate Fence #1-DA0440 & the Fancy Flourish #2 - DA0415 and the Mini Words #3 - DA0477
The background and the Flourish Chippy pieces were all created with the same technique.
TFL
Have a great day everyone!!
Hugs
