This is another one I have just set up, so I still have to name these draws also!! I am going to stamp the alphabet on the front of the Draw so I can see at a glance which one I want!!
I will be doing this for all my alphabet stamps.
I love these containers, again from the cheapie shop for my beads, you can see at a glance what is there, and they don't take up much room!! Again I sort by colour!!
The Micro Beads from Provo Craft that come in the round little plastic containers can also be joined together.
My Cardstock Storage - I love the easy access of this!! I can find what I want in a hurry and putting away is a breeze!
I keep my big piles of embellishments in these draws also, so far I have a draw for Frames, Buckles, Tags, Alphabets, Metal words etc etc. I need to reorganize and rename a lot of these draws as I have just added another 10 draws to my stock. I find the key is to name everything, saves heaps of time!!
More storage for all those little things, the clear trays on the bottom shelf are from the Warehouse (A cheapie shop) They seal at the top pretty well! I have a tray for wires, gold, silver, bronze brads etc & spiral clips, Diamontes etc, Safety pins etc etc etc.
The wall storage on top are from the tool section in the Cheapie shops. I have these mounted to the wall with various bits & pieces in them.
I have a shelf just above my desk for all the little nic nacs!!
I sort everything by colour, as well as my brads & eyelets!
The embellishment boxes on the right are the Craft Mate 14 compartment Locking Caddy!
I have these draws on my desk, they are CD draws!! They are great because they are deep enough to hold a lot of adhesives etc!! I have adhesive's in the bottom draw, then Staplers and staples, then Dymo Labelers and tape, then Hiedi Swapp stuff.
My Ink Pads are also stored by colour, these little draws make them quick to find and put away!
I grab all my paints and inks out of their draws that will go with the LO and keep them handy on my desk!! I usuall have a huge sea of colour with everything pulled out when I am working on a LO!!
Having everything sorted by colour, makes it easy when I am planning a LO. All these draws come out with ease. I just get all the coloured draws out that I am working on and rifle through them to see what goodies I can find. I then put all these into another little basket on my desk to use on my LO.
When it comes time to pack up, I just grab my basket of leftovers and open up my draws and throw it all back in!! Too Easy!!
These are the little trays I keep handy for throwing all the bits and pieces in that I might use on that LO. Keeps it all together and is easy to put away!! I also use a lot more of my stuff when it is sorted by colour, you just never know what little treasures you will find at the bottom of the draw. I also find that by having them sorted by colour makes it easier to identify the different shades of that colour!!
I Looove Ribbons, and Ric Rac & Braidings and Fabric etc etc
This whole book case just holds all my ribbons etc etc
On the top is a box I designed and got DH to make up for me, It holds all my ribbons that are on rolls,
Then I have all the Bradings and Ric Rac etc rolled around the cardboard pieces on the next shelf, beside that I have some of my smaller pieces of fibers in plastic containers and all my button in these containers also.
The next shelf has the draws that are sorted by colour and hold all the shorter bit's and pieces of ribbons etc!
Under that I have storage containers for my zippers, tule, fabrics (by Colour) & Other haberdashery bits and pieces!!!
I Loooove using these items on my LO's
I keep all my Rub Ons in this handy little box, I am think of setting them up in some plastic draws soon too!
I have just set up these draws for all my Rub On's etc etc...
I still have to go through these properly and name my draws for these, they will be in themes, such as Boy, Girl, Grandparents, Alphabets, Wedding, Baby etc etc....
I love this idea for my double sided tape, you can access it with one hand! It is a lot quicker and easier to use, not to mention sits neatly in the corner!
